SUMMARY
Under the guidance of the Manager of B2B Content, this position will specialize in repurposing and refreshing existing content marketing assets to engage our audience of HR leaders and business decision-makers. This role will focus on leveraging data visualization skills, analytical capabilities, and writing ability to creatively remix and adapt content from one medium to another, maximizing the impact and reach of our content marketing efforts. The successful candidate will excel at breaking down longer pieces of content into smaller assets, combining older assets into new formats, and identifying innovative ways to reuse and recycle our vast library of existing content.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze and assess existing content marketing assets to identify opportunities for repurposing, refreshing, and remixing older or larger assets into new formats.
Develop and execute strategies for repackaging content from one medium or format to another, including but not limited to short-form articles, blog posts, infographics, social content, and multimedia formats.
Collaborate closely with editors, designers, and multimedia producers to transform existing content into engaging and visually appealing assets that resonate with our target audience.
Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to inform content remixing strategies and optimize content performance across various channels.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and social media teams to understand their content needs and align remixing efforts with overarching business objectives.
Research and stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for content remixing and innovation.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of content remixing strategies and iterate based on performance metrics and feedback.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing asset creation or related roles, with a focus on repurposing and remixing content to extend its shelf life, adapt to new channels and help it find a broader audience.
Proven track record of successfully repurposing and refreshing content across multiple formats and channels.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in content remixing, including examples of repackaged content and innovative approaches to content reuse.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt content to different formats and platforms while maintaining clarity, coherence, and engagement.
Familiarity with digital media tools, content management systems, and multimedia storytelling techniques.
Creative mindset with a passion for experimentation and innovation in content marketing.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Able to reconceptualize stories across mediums and formats, including finding ways to make written content visually compelling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Capable of performing essential duties with reasonable accommodations.
Work involves sitting, talking, hearing, and typing, with visual acuity required for keyboard usage, data analysis, and computer terminal operation.
Occasional light lifting may be necessary.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily conducted in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment.
Expected office presence of 3 days per week.
Minimal travel requirements, less than 10%

The hiring range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 per year. This range is an estimate and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
